We want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase from Paws & Perks. If you need to return an item, here’s how:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Perishable items, personalized products, or opened treats cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@pawsandperks.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping instructions.
  3. Send your item back following the instructions provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of use or unreturnable items.
