We want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase from Paws & Perks. If you need to return an item, here’s how:
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Perishable items, personalized products, or opened treats cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@pawsandperks.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return shipping instructions.
- Send your item back following the instructions provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of use or unreturnable items.
